First Soccer Game of the Year and Ever!

Today Callie had her first ever soccer game.  She did so awesome.  We are so porud of her!

Grades

Callie had her first spelling test last week.  Well, I am happy to say that the first grade our little girl got was a 100%.  We are so proud of her and all her hard work at school.  She is such a hard worker and loves everything about school.  She is happy to come home and study and do homework.  Wow, do you think that attitude will stay the same for the years to come?

The Lake

Our sweet neighbors invitied us out to the lake for Labor Day.  We were so excited to go.  I love the water and was so excited to get the girls out on the boat.  This was going to be their first time.  The weather was a little overcast but it was not going to stop us at all! 

Carsyn  not to sure about the whole thing yet.  (She ended up loving every minute.)  She slept on the ride over and back on the boat.  She loved getting in the water!

 Who is that on top of that 40 foot ledge?  That would be Callie and her daddy!  I was a nervous wreck and did not want them to go AT ALL! I was not sure she would jump.  Well........

As you can see she is not standing there anymore.  I did not get a picture because she jumped so quickly I did not have my camera ready.  Can you believe it?  The little girl that was afraid to talk to someone she did not know is now jumping off ledges that are over 40 feet high.  WOW things have changed!

Soccer

For the past couple of years Callie has wanted to play soccer.  Well, as a working mother I had Saturday and Saturday only to get everything completed.  So, now that I am not working it was the perfect time for us to get on the soccer train.  Callie loves it.  She is learning all the rules and how to play.  We are so proud of her!

Carsyn turns 3

Casryn had a very exciting birthday weekend.  My parents came to town for a quick stop over on Friday.  That was also Carsyn's first day of MDO, which she LOVED!  Carsyn was so excited to see them and her new Barbie Jeep. (I seemed to erase the pictures from my camera)  Then on Saturday we took her to Chucky Cheese.  She has been BEGGING us to take her there.

Our dearest Carsyn,
You have grown up so much this year.  It has been a vert busy year for us as a family and you held on with no problems.  You gave up alot of your favorites this year.  Pacy went bye bye.  It was a hard few weeks but you did so well.  We also have mastered potty training this year.  I put it off and finally you had enough and decided it was time.  During the lovely snow storm in Februray you took off the diapers and have pretty much gone without since. 
You love to play many things.  Playing Mommy and School seem to be at the top of your list.  You also want to be a part of anything you big sister is doing.  You are always talking and love to pretend talk on the phone.  We love you so much!
