Callie went to the Daddy Daughter Dance with Chris and some friends. She had a wonderful time. Chris said she was the queen of dancing! These are memories that they both will rememvber always!

V-day 2011

Here are some shots from Callie's v-day party. She of course had so much fun.

100th day

For the 100th day of school Callie was to dress up like a old person. She had so much doing it. It was in the middle of all the snow days but we were able to pull something together!

Snowcation 2011

What a week we have had!

On Sunday Chris left after being here for 2 weeks. It was so sad to see him leave. Of course an hour after he left Carsyn started to run a fever. So I had to take Monday off and I took her to the doctor. They were saying we were going to get snow so I made a last minute run to the store. Well Monday night it started.

Around 12 I woke up to loud noises hitting the window and thunder. I looked over at Callie and she was sound asleep and on fire. 101 fever (of course)

Well the rain turned to ice and we were out of school the rest of the week. I loved it! Callie had a fever until Friday so it was nice to not have to miss those days. On Thursday we headed to Target to get some supplies. It was not an easy drive. The car had to stay out front since I could not get it back in the garage. Then on Friday we got snow! We got a ton of snow. We will see what tomorrow brings! The girls played so well together for the most part. We had to have some private time in their rooms but all in all they did really well. Here are some pictures from what we did.

Wow things have really changed

Last weekend Callie got to go to two birthday parties. The exciting thing about these is that they were her friends from PreSchool. She was so excited. The first one was bowling, her favorite. I was so busy talking to the other parents (no surprise) that I did not get any pictures. The fact that I was able to talk and not having to be right by Callie tells alot. She played and had a wonderful time. There were kids that she did not know but by the end of the party she knew everyone. It made me happy.

The second party was at a place in Mckinney that we love. Callie had her party there last year. The parents walked around the square while the kids played at the party. When I got back everyone kept saying they were in shock at how much Callie had changed. They could not belive how she had gone from this shy little girl to an outgoing little lady. She was singing and dancing all by herself. HMMMMM sounds a little like her mommy.

Her pose at the end of the runway. What makes me laugh is that I was able to get her to do it twice since the first picture did not take. She LOVED it.

Singing Lady Gaga!

No problem singing even with everyone staring at her.
