Spending the days at home

We have been busy playing with all the fun things Santa brought us. Carsyn figured out her stamps quickly.
She realized that she can hear and see ELMO in the car and was so excited! Callie and her daddy went out to dinner and then to see Alvin. What fun! We are enjoying some quiet time at home this week!

Cowboys Game

For Christmas Chris always gets a Dallas Sports Basket. My dad and Chris go to a game at each of the Dallas areas teams. Right before Christmas they went to a Cowboys Game. They had awesome seats. Chris even found the brick I got him for Christmas last year. As always Ed took awesome pictures!

Merry Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas. Callie was so into Santa this year. Carsyn loved ripping into her gifts. The girls got lots of new Spring clothes, and a new kitchen/market. Callie loves board games so the Wii games were a hit as well as her Leapster games. Carsyn loves her car and Elmo! Callie got a pair of Ugg boots and a Yurman bracelet (two things her Mom does not have! Thanks Gigi) We had so much fun and the best thing was how excited they both were. Callie sang Happy Brithday to Jesus about 13 times today! Merry Christmas to everyone!

Christmas Eve at III Forks

This year was our year to go to Christmas Eve dinner with my parents. We had a wonderful time. The weather made the drive very difficult and we said lots of prayers on our way there and home. Dinner was wonderful and the kids were great! Everyone knew Carsyn by the time we left becasue she said hi to everyone. We came home and finished getting the house Santa ready! Merry Christmas to all!

Sisters

When Carsyn was born we were so afraid that she and Callie would have trouble since they are so far apart. We were so wrong. Once again God took care of us. Callie is such an awesome big sister! She LOVES Carsyn. Carsyn wants to do EVERYTHING that Callie does. They love each other so much. At night before bed Carsyn, without reminding from us, goes to Callie and says "Love you LALE." She has called Callie that for about the past 4 months. It warms my heart to see the two of them playing together! I know it will not be like that forever but for now I take all the pictures I can!

Safety Town

Carsyn was sick with a 104 fever for 4 days straight. After a visit to the hospital AGAIN and lots of sleepless nights, she seemed to take a turn for the better. We decided to take the girls to Safety Town to look at the lights and walk around. They loved it. It is a little town with streets, stoplights. and railroad tracks. Children, mainly school aged, can go there and learn safety rules. They learn how to ride their bikes correctly and how to cross a road correctky. It is really neat. The girls loved it. They wanted nothing to do with Santa but that is ok. We had fun.

Breakfast with Santa

We went to have Breakfast with Santa a few weeks ago. That night we met my parents at the Germany Grill in Plano. Callie and Carsyn danced to the German music all night. They had a blast. Callie is shy but LOVES to dance. Carsyn is more like her Mom. She knows no strangers. She always makes us laugh!

Ok so here we go. I am going to try and give this a shot. I enjoy looking at everyone's cute pages and thought I might try to do the same. So here we go. Lets see how it goes!
