Field Day

Another year over

Carsyn had her last day of school today. She had a very successful year. I only received one phone call from her school. About a month ago I got a call from the director. I was in Bible Study so I missed the call. When I finally got back to her Carsyn had calmed down and was back in class. When I went to get her that afternoon I asked her what happened.

Mommy these people want me to share the black car on the playground
Well yes Carsyn you need to share the toys at school. They belong to the school not you.
She pauses and thinks for a second and continues
Mommy I have the best idea
Ok what is it
You go to Walmart and buy me my own car bring it to school and then I don't have to share it


Are you kidding me!!!!!!!
All is all Carsyn had a wonderful year. She had her moments but would always cheer up when she saw her teachers. They are the best and we are so blessed!!!

Dance Practice and Pictures

Callie started Hip Hop this past Fall. She loved it. She is really good and we are so proud. We had pictures and they asked for the girls to come with makeup on. Well for someone who barely wears makeup this was an issues. We made it work though I think. Her recital is soon.

I starting a new "tradition" on Wednesdays. Instead of long narratives I just will take a couple of pictures from my day. They may not be glamorous but they will meaning when I look back on them. Here we go!
