Grape Festival

 It has been so hot but we had a little cool down this week.  We decided to head out to the Gape Festival  in Tonitown.  It is a little town close to us.  They have little rides and games.  They are also world famous for the grape ice cream and spaghetti dinners.  I stood in line for the food while the kids rode some rides.  They had a wonderful time. 

Happy Birthday GiGi

We went to Dallas for Gigi's birthday. We love Gigi so much. She is not only a wonderful mother but a great friend!! We love you!

New bike

Mimi and Paw bought Carsyn a big girl bike for her birthday. She got it a little early. She loves it. To bad it is way to hot and hilly to ride it right now. This fall we will have some fun on the bike trails. She is getting so big!

Crystal Bridges

We went to Crystal Bridges. It is a great museum in Bentonville. It has a huge selection of American art donated by the Walton family. It is very neat. They do need some improvements in the children's center. Maybe I can get a job. The neatest part is the 4.5 miles of waking trail around the museum. We will explore that more this fall. They built lakes and even waterfalls. Callie learned about some of the art in school and was excited to see it in person. She was so excited to see the horse!!

Why oh why

So why has it been so long since my last post???
1) kids are out of school which means no break
2) lots of traveling
3) to hot to do much
4) I had Spencer for two weeks. It is hard to do alot with three kids
5) VBS
6) Chris has been ill
7) I will be honest and admit the other reason.... don't judge

4th of July

We went to Indiana for the 4th again this year. Since Kristen was moving I took Spencer with me. It is so fun and we hate to leave tomorrow. We swam and swam and loved spending time together.
